EVENTURI Carbon Air Intake for Mercedes AMG GLC63S

The Mercedes AMG GLC63S intake system is the result of extensive development and testing. The specification consisted of 3 main objectives:

1) Increased flow.

2) Low intake temperatures.

3) Smooth airflow.

The first objective was achieved by utilizing the limited space available in the GLC63S engine compartment, resulting in 39% more flow than the stock system. The second objective was achieved by designing a completely sealed system. The GLC63S engine compartment reaches high temperatures with heat sources such as turbos near the intake, so it is critical that the intake remain sealed. The final objective was achieved by designing an organically shaped system with custom rounded panel filters to ensure that the airflow path did not contain any sharp corners and therefore allowed the flow to remain laminar.

With all 3 objectives met, the AMG GLC63S intake system performs well on all fronts and allows the turbos to generate boost more efficiently. This translates into better throttle response and real power gains that increase with higher trim states.
