EVENTURI Intake Pipe in Carbon for Mercedes AMG CLA35

The Eventuri Mercedes AMG CLA35 intake pipe was developed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path compared to the original tube. Eventuri has managed to increase the internal volume as well as eliminate the grooved flexible section on the airbox side. By using a completely solid tube from the intake to the turbo, the flow path is smoother and, as a result, the airflow can remain more laminar.

To accommodate engine movement, the CLA35 intake has a 'floating' tube, which can move around in the airbox. The shape of the carbon tube at the end of the turbo has been optimised using CFD to minimise turbulence. The connection to the turbo is made with an innovative silicon coupler that has an internal heat separator between the carbon tube and the metal turbo housing.
